All tickets are sold by the concert event organizer. The phone number is listed
on our contact page.
Jewish Tickets does not handel any of the tickets directly and therefore we
have no information about the seat locations or availability.
How can I get the best seats possible?
All ticket purchases are on a first come first serve basis. The event admin
fills the orders as they come in with the best possible tickets in your category.
Your best option is to place your order as soon as possible.
How can I make changes to an order?
Orders are filled by the events office. Please call them if you'd like to make
changes to an order including adding tickets and cancellations. The number
can be found on their fyler or on our contact page.
How can I see what seats have been assigned
After placing your order, go to "My Account" link to view the status
of your order. Each event is filled by the event ticket office not
by Jewish Tickets.
Depending on their schedule they will update your order with the ticket information.
However some event managers choose not to update the individual information.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call the number listed on the
flyer for that particular event.
Where can I get more information?
Jewish Tickets operates as an online creditcard terminal to enable
event managers to sell tickets to their events. We do not handle the tickets
or assign seats, this is done through the events office. For specific information
regarding orders, please call the number listed with that event. You can

charges, refunds or site errors, please contact our office.
